INSTRUCTIONS: TO POST A JOB OPPORTUNITY

We have a job board that is available too our MEMBERS ONLY. Should you wish to submit an employment opportunity for a paralegal or legal assistant position, the cost is $30.00.

Once you submit the $30 fee, please email your contact information and the job details in Word/Text Document format to wnypa.technology@gmail.com.  Upon receipt, our Director of Technology with contact you to confirm receipt and to confirm that your job opportunity has been posted.  All job postings are reviewed by the Board of Directors prior to posting.  

CRITERIA FOR POSTING:

    • Positions must be for a paralegal or legal assistant;
    • Job post details must be emailed as a Word or Text document to wnypa.technology@gmail.com 
    • Contact person must be clearly identified
Should the posting not meet the criteria set forth above, the $30.00 fee will be forfeited. 

The posting will remain on our website for a period of 30 days unless we are notified sooner that the position has been filled.

We notify our subscribed members of job opportunities via our Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts on the day that they are posted. Only Members that have subscribed to the job board will receive an email as soon as the position is posted.


We are not a placement agency and will not match members to a posting. All fees are final and effective immediately*.
